2 lbs potato (about 6 medium potatoes)
¼ C finely chopped onions
1 t salt
¼ t pepper
½ C chopped celery
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 C mayo

Wash potatoes thoroughly. Heat 8 cups lightly salted water, add potatoes. Cover tightly, heat to boil and cook approximately 30 minutes or until tender. Drain, cool, peel and cut into cubes. Combine potatoes, onions, celery, eggs, salt & pepper. Add mayo and McClain’s
