Vidalia Onion Honey Mustard Potato Salad

2 lbs potato (about 6 medium potatoes)
¼ C finely chopped onions
1 t salt
¼ t pepper
½ C chopped celery
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 C mayo
¼ C McClain’s

Vidalia Onion Honey Mustard Sauce Add to Cart
 

Wash potatoes thoroughly.  Heat 8 cups lightly salted water, add potatoes.  Cover tightly, heat to boil and cook approximately 30 minutes or until tender.  Drain, cool, peel and cut into cubes.  Combine potatoes, onions, celery, eggs, salt & pepper.  Add mayo and McClain’s

Vidalia Onion Honey Mustard Sauce
.  Toss gently.  Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve to yourself or favorite guests.
