Ingredients:
1 16 oz. jar Bone Suckin’ Salsa
1 16 oz. jar Bone Suckin’ Salsa Hot,
2 lbs. Ground Beef,
½ cup Celery Chopped,
½ cup Onion Chopped,
32 oz. Refried Beans
16 oz. Chili Beans,
16 oz. Pinto Beans
16 oz. Kidney Beans,
16 oz. Tomato Sauce
2 packs Dry Chili Seasoning,
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions: Brown the ground beef, onions and celery in a large chili pot. Add all other ingredients. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes and serve. If you like thinner chili, add 1 cup of water. Serves 10-12 people.
Suggested Toppings: Chives, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream!
Added Heat: 1 Tablespoon Hiccuppin’ Hot Sauce
Vegetarian Chili: Sauté onions and celery with 2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil in the place of ground beef.
